LECOMBLE ET SCHMITT offers a diversified range of hydraulic and electro-hydraulic steering systems, perfectly suited to the needs of users of outboard and inboard powerboats, as well as monohull and multihull sailboats. These systems are easy to install and made from materials adapted to the marine environment, guaranteeing optimum performance. With over 20 pumps, 40 cylinders and 18 autopilot units, the company enables every user to find the ideal system, combining efficiency, reliability and smooth operation.

LECOMBLE et SCHMITT’s production facilities cover an area of around 1,500m².

It consists of :

• an assembly workshop organized into segmented islands, according to the different product ranges. Multiskilled operators carry out assembly and test on the test bench.
• a machine shop that ensures autonomy, flexibility and responsiveness. Significant activities include milling, drilling and turning on digital and conventional machines, lapping, arc welding…
• d’une cabine de peinture professionnelle permettant l’application au pistolet pneumatique.

All design, production and shipping operations are supported by SAGE X3 ERP.

All LECOMBLE & SCHMITT products are manufactured and assembled in France under an ISO9001/2015 quality system. Our products come with a 2-year warranty, and our range of cylinders for fishing and service boats is approved by BV, ABS, LRS, GL, CCS, RINA and similar organizations. What’s more, all cylinders and pumps are CE-approved, ensuring full compliance with European standards.
