In its nearly 40 years of existence, EBL has developed advanced technical expertise in two key areas: the design of plastic parts and the rehabilitation of sewage networks. This dual competence enables us to provide complete, durable solutions that meet the most demanding requirements of our customers in a variety of sectors, including the packaging industry, construction and sanitation.
EBL Plastics supports its customers from the initial design phase through to the final manufacture of plastic parts. The technologies used are vacuum thermoforming for medium production runs without undercuts, and plastic injection molding for the production of complex finished parts in large production runs. EBL Plastics products are renowned for their lightness, strength, insulation and recyclability, meeting the highest standards of sustainability and industrial performance.
EBL Trenchless, the French leader in trenchless sewer rehabilitation, excels in liner techniques. EBL Trenchless offers a range of innovative products, including dry polyester felt liners, styrene-, amine- and bisphenol-A-free resin-impregnated liners, and soon a UV light-curing liner. These technologies improve the hydraulic properties of networks and considerably simplify on-site installation, guaranteeing optimum project performance.
Inspired by the emergence of a more sustainable future, EBL is committed to reducing the ecological footprint of its products by using over 85% recycled materials in its manufacturing processes. Thanks to the expertise of its teams and a strong investment in Research and Development, EBL adopts an eco-design approach that incorporates product recyclability, thus ensuring their durability while minimizing their impact on the environment.
